It all started when six fraternity brothers biked from Cali to VA. Inspired by WKU sophomore Tyler Jury’s loss of his grandfather to Alzheimer's disease, the brothers used their cross-country ride to raise $56,000 for Alzheimer's research. The dedicated team has blossomed into Bike4Alz.
Now, while keeping #NationalBikeMonth in mind, Bike4Alz rides for their third and longest trip yet this May. This time, they’ll have the support of an additional ten riders, two supporting drivers, and Oatworks!
Bike4Alz will be making the journey from Oceanside, CA to Washington, D.C. all under two months’ time, and of course, we will be right there to help! Oatworks will be fueling the riders with our smoothies throughout the endeavor, as well as providing support and encouragement.
